Terms of Service

Tridicon (tridicon.id) is an AI 3D icon service run by MASA LABS (opens in a new tab). In these terms, “we” means MASA LABS and “you” means the person using Tridicon.

By creating an account or using Tridicon, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Tridicon.

You are at least 17 years old, or you use Tridicon with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

Tridicon turns text you write (a prompt) into a 2D icon in a Clay or Glass style, and can then turn that icon into a 3D model you can download as GLB, OBJ or STL.

• Tridicon is in beta. Features, appearance and prices can change, and the service can be interrupted or paused for maintenance.
• Results are made by AI, so we do not guarantee that a result matches what you imagined, is free of flaws, or is unique.
• Tridicon does not print or ship physical items. You download the files and print them yourself if you want to.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, so keep your Google account and devices secure. If you think your account has been misused, contact us right away.

Give us accurate information and do not use someone else’s account without permission. One account is for one person.

Tridicon uses credits, not a subscription. There is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.

• 1 credit makes 1 icon. Turning an icon into a 3D model costs 10 credits. Using a reference image costs 1 extra credit.
• You get 2 free credits when you sign up.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
• Credits cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for money.

The credit packs on sale when this page was last updated (prices in Rupiah):

The price that applies is the one shown on the payment page when you pay. Payment is by QRIS and is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your card, bank account or e-wallet details. Credits are added to your account once the payment provider confirms the payment.

• Failed jobs. If an icon or 3D model fails, or only some of the images come out, the credits that were not used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.
• Rejected prompts. A prompt that our content filter rejects does not use any credits.
• Results you do not like. Because results are made by AI and vary, credits are not returned just because a result is not what you pictured. Make your prompt more specific and try again.
• Credit purchases. Credits you have bought cannot be refunded as money. The exceptions: you were charged twice for the same order, or the payment succeeded but the credits did not arrive.

For those exceptions, write to [email protected] with your account email, the order ID (shown in the address of the page you land on after paying), and your proof of payment. We will check it and, if it is confirmed, add the credits or refund the payment.

You agree not to use Tridicon to:

• Make images of someone else’s characters, logos or brands, such as cartoon, anime or game characters and company logos. Prompts that name them are rejected automatically.
• Make sexual or adult content, graphic violence, drugs or hate speech. Prompts like these are also rejected automatically.
• Make content that breaks the law or infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
• Try to get around the filters, game the credits or payments, or access our systems without permission.
• Overload the service, for example with mass automation, or reverse engineer it.

We may review prompt history to prevent abuse, enforce these rules, and help you when you ask for support.

You may use, sell and 3D print what you make on Tridicon, including in products you sell. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use or publish the results.

• We do not guarantee that your result is unique. Similar prompts can produce similar images, including for other people.
• The law on copyright in AI-generated work is still developing and differs from country to country. We do not guarantee that you will hold copyright in a result.
• You give us a limited permission to store and process your prompts, images and results, only so the service works and we can show them to you.
• A share link you create can be opened by anyone who has the link. You decide who you give it to.

The Tridicon name, logo, site design and code remain the property of MASA LABS. These terms do not give you any right in them.

• 3D models work well as prototypes or placeholders. A model is a single textured object with no animation rig and is not optimized for game engines, so it usually needs cleaning up for production.
• An STL file is sized to 60 mm on its longest side. Rescale it in your slicer and check it before printing. Printing results and their risks are your responsibility.
• Always check a result before you use it for anything important or commercial.

Tridicon relies on services run by others, including Google for sign-in, AI model providers for making images and 3D models, and a payment provider. We do not control them. Problems or changes on their side can affect Tridicon, and their terms apply to the part of the service they run. The list of who receives data is in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Tridicon at any time. You can delete your account yourself in Settings, under Danger Zone, or write to [email protected] from your account email. Deleting an account removes your icons and 3D models and any credits left, and cannot be undone.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and may refuse a refund for an account closed for a violation. If we ever shut Tridicon down for good, we will try to tell you on this site first, and we will deal with your remaining paid credits fairly through support.

Tridicon is provided “as is”, especially while it is in beta. To the extent the law allows:

• We do not guarantee that the service is always available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or data, claims by others about how you use a result, 3D printing results, or problems caused by third-party services.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the last 12 months.

Nothing here reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of this page. For important changes we will tell you on the site or by email. If you keep using Tridicon after a change takes effect, you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

1. If something goes wrong, contact us first. Most problems can be solved with a conversation.
2. If that does not work, the dispute is settled by discussion, and then in the competent courts of Indonesia.
